Hiding physical company address and telephone number
It amazes me that so many ECommerce sites seem to hide their telephone numbers or business addresses from consumers (or make it virtually impossible to find them). The reason this is not a good idea, is that if I am a consumer deciding who to buy off a major factor will be 1/ Can I call them? and 2/ What is their address in case I need to send anything back? If that information is hard to find you will lose customers simple as that. So don't hide from me. Make it very, very easy for users to find your telephone number and physical address! If in any doubt add both the telephone number and contact address
to the site template so it appears on every product page.
